The Sacred Heart Men’s Group is sponsoring a mini-retreat from 8:30 am – 2:30 pm on Saturday, May 16, at Klemgard Park outside of Pullman. Fr. Steve Dublinski will lead us in reflecting on Hope. come for Prayer, Fellowship, and Quiet Time. Confession and Mass will follow at church. 1) Breakfast snacks; beverages and lunch will be provided. Bring coffee if you need your morning dose, and a water mug as desired.
2) You may bring a chair if you’d like, although some will be provided.
3) We’ll carpool from the church parking lot at 8 am. 4) If weather is bad, we will meet in the social hall.

Crowning Mary with flowers is a special devotion to our Blessed Virgin Mother. Come early before the 11 am & 1 pm Masses on Sunday, May 3. Please bring fresh flowers to place before Mary. We will process in at the beginning of Mass, then after Mary is crowned with a wreath of flowers, all will go to their seats for the remainder of Mass. This is for all ages.

Our bilingual Mass on Holy Thursday, April 17, commemorates the Last Supper of Jesus with his disciples and marks the first day of the Triduum. There is no morning Mass.
During Mass, everyone is invited to have their feet washed and to wash the feet of another. Families with children should wash each other’s feet.
All are invited to pray before the Blessed Sacrament after Mass at the Altar of Repose. It will be in the social hall until 10 pm..................................
Nuestra Misa bilingüe del Jueves Santo, 17 de abril, conmemora conmemora la Última Cena de Jesús con sus discípulos y marca el primer día del Triduo. No hay Misa matutina.

No Mass or service Friday morning. There is a rosary in the church at 12:15 PM. Living Stations of the Cross are at St. Thomas More, WSU at 3 PM. Meet at Sacred Heart at 2:30 PM to walk there. A half hour children's Good Friday service with veneration of the cross, a short version of the Passion, and Holy Communion, is at 6:30 PM. The traditional service with the reading of the Passion, veneration of the Cross and Holy Communion, is at 7:30 p.m. There are also Good Friday services at Regency Pullman at 11 AM (please note time change) and Bishop Place at 3 PM. Everyone is encouraged to attend our Lenten Penance Service and Adoration at 6 pm Thursday, April 3, in the church. There will an opportunity for individual confessions.
Help Sacred Heart and other churches save clothes, food, bedding and other material from being thrown away by dorm students. We will collect from three dorms at WSU, May 7-8. We will go once a day to pick up and bring the material to Sacred Heart. It will be sorted and distributed to agencies such as Boost, Pioneer Center, Family Promise and refugees.
